David Weiner, NewGround alumnus and PJA Regional Council member, went with the American Jewish Committee to the "Durban Review Conference" (aka. "Durban 2"), charged with evaluating progress towards the goals set by the "World Conference against Racism" in Durban, South Africa, in 2001. Throughout the event, David blogged daily at JewishJournal.com about his thoughts and experiences, often citing PJA's NewGround program as an influential experience.
